In the following text, the author writes about the processes of awarding concession contracts and their transparency, as well as the laws on concession and their alignment with the EU acquis. Regardless of thirteen different regulations, BiH still does not have a registry of concessions, so we do not have any insight into the full number of concession contract awarded. BiH’s government needs to develop the whole set of guidelines with procedures which precede the concession awarding process.
