At the end of the mandate period of 2014-2018, it is assessed that only third of 78 demands were fulfilled. In the past four years, none of the demands were fulfilled in the fields of democracy and the functioning of the state, while the best-rated field is the rule of law in which was fulfilled over 20% of demands.
