Author analyses principle of gender equality in the process of European integration of BiH. Gender equality is explained from the perspective of European Union and states that it is one of the basic principles of EU and reviews all important legal sources of EU where it is mentioned. Author concludes the article by writing about what BiH can expect on its road towards EU regarding gender equality.
