The Initiative for Monitoring the European Integration of BiH warned the public that BiH, after a five-month delay, still has not provided adequate answers to over twenty questions, even though the Chairman of the Council of Ministers stated that BiH has completed its obligation and has sent answers to the follow-up question. But a great number of questions regarding education, implementation of verdicts of the Constitutional Court of BiH and questions from chapter 22, were left unanswered and the explanation provided is that they did not have enough comprehensive information. It is troubling that the coordination mechanism failed to answer simple questions regarding education, such as jurisdiction and role of ministries on different levels or activities of the Agency for Preschool, Elementary and Secondary Education.
