In June 2018, BiH received 655 follow-up questions in addition to the original 3.242. In March 2019, BiH delivered answers to the follow-up questions. The Initiative for Monitoring the European Integration of BiH issued a warning that BiH, despite the fact that over 1500 civil servants participated in the process of collecting data, provided the following answer to over twenty questions: “We are not able to provide an answer to this question due to lack of comprehensive information.” But the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Denis Zvizdić, is being optimistic even though BiH, once again, failed to fulfill its obligations, and he expects that BiH gets an EU candidate status by the end of the year.
