Oslobodjenje: Who is Financing 24.000 Non-governmental Organizations and How Much of the Budget is Allocated to Them

Initiative for Monitoring of EU Integrations organized the roundtable on which was discussed the topic of civil society and its importance in decision-making processes. The speakers were Emir Vajzović, head of the Institute for Social Research (Faculty of Political Sciences), Aida Daguda, director of Center for Promoting Civil Society, Emmanuel Mouriez, cultural advisor at the French Embassy and Krassimir Nikolov, head of the EU Delegation Political Section. It was discussed about the definition of civil society, the influence they can have in making decisions which are related not only to the citizens but the state governing as well.
