This article analyses additional questions BiH has received in the process of forming avis (opinion by the EU on the BiH’s application). Author tries to give systematic answer on questions such as: How are questions distributed by chapters? What are the reasons for additional inquiries by the EU in respective areas? What is the perspective of answering those questions adequately and what can be expected in the process?
