Rule of law, the functioning of the government and human rights were focus points of December demands-list of 78 demands addressed to all holders of authority in B&H. At the end of the mandate period of 2014-2018, it is assessed that only third of 78 demands were fulfilled. In the past four years, none of the demands were fulfilled in the fields of democracy and the functioning of the state, while the best-rated field is the rule of law in which was fulfilled over 20% of demands. This percentage is not satisfying but is higher in comparison to other domains.
