Serb Caucus in the Federal House of Peoples is filled. The Central Election Commission awarded mandates to the candidates who were not elected in the cantonal assemblies, on the basis of their own criteria. Legal experts warn that this is contrary to the Constitution of Federation of BiH. The Initiative for Monitoring the European Integration of BiH issued the same warning and called upon those who have an authority to access the amending of the FBiH Constitution and the Election Law of BiH in order to solve the problem of filling the FBiH’s House of Peoples.
