The Initiative for Monitoring the European Integration of BiH informed the public that CEC’s criteria and procedures are contrary to the Constitution of FBiH. According to these criteria, the elected delegates are not members of cantonal assemblies, even though the Constitution of FBiH stipulates that cantonal assemblies elect delegates for FBiH’s House of Peoples. The Initiative emphasizes the importance of amending the Constitution of FBiH and Election Law of BiH.
