Western Balkans Summit was held in Poznan which was attended by heads of governments and representatives of the European Union. Internal relations in the EU and the politics of the local politicians will slow down the integration processes of the Balkan countries. According to Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Denis Zvizdić, issue of establishing Council of Ministers has nothing to do with candidate status, the main problem is a general political climate in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Rasim Ibrahimagić, from the Initiative for Monitoring the European Integration of BiH, stated that we still have not established authorities on state and federal level which significantly slows down total integration process of BiH.
