Where is no public debate, there is no democracy
If the disregard of democracy is the only way to become member of a community that has its foundation built on the foundations of the values of democracy, then we should ask the essential question – who does lead us on the road to the EU and is that the correct path for us?
It is necessary to review articles of the Law regulating founding of associations and foundations
The proposal abolishes the explicit prohibition which regulates that founders of associations and foundations can not be: the state of BiH, entities, cantons, cities, municipalities, local communities, government bodies and state-owned companies and funds.
Submission of the BiH Application to the EU does not fit BiH Reality
By submitting the application the ruling coalition is not merely ignoring the reality of our country, but also the statements made by high-ranking officials of the EU who have made it clear that rushing this process is unwise.
Public disclosure of materials for Parliament sessions – a way to increase transparency of work
We suggest that information on the issues discussed in the House of Representatives and its working bodies should be published on the Parliament’s official website.
