Constitutional Reforms in the Context of the European Commission’s Opinion on BiH’s Application for EU Membership (second part)

On 29 May 2019, the European Commission issued an Opinion on the Application of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the European Union membership. An Analytical report comparing the situation in BiH with EU standards has also been published. In its Opinion, the Commission pointed out in several places the minimum constitutional interventions which have to be implemented in the BiH Constitution.
