The Initiative for Monitoring the European Integration of BiH published in the last few months a set of 19 articles related to the process of implementation of the European Commission’s Recommendations given in the EC’s Analytical Report on the Application of Bosnia and Herzegovina for EU Membership.
On 29 May 2019, the European Commission issued an Opinion on the Application of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the European Union membership. An Analytical report comparing the situation in BiH with EU standards has also been published. In its Opinion, the Commission pointed out in several places the minimum constitutional interventions which have to be implemented in the BiH Constitution.
Though registered as an association in accordance with domestic legislation, its aims and abuse of political position is quite the contrary to what independent non-governmental civil society organizations are truly fighting for.
