Initiative for the monitoring of European integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina has published the second Alternative Report on the progress of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the process of EU integration.

The Alternative Progress Report on BiH covers the position of BiH in the EU integration process over the course of the past year, specifically from July 2013-July 2014.
Bosnia and Herzegovina, together with the four countries of the Western Balkans (Albania, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) and the Republic of Moldova, signed the agreement in Brussels, thus ensuring full access to the program Horizon 2020.
Montenegro is also in negotiations with the EU and has allready opened three new chapters – free movement of capital, financial supervision and external security and defense policy.
