Bosnia and Herzegovina signed the EU accession program Horizon 2020
Bosnia and Herzegovina, together with the four countries of the Western Balkans (Albania, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) and the Republic of Moldova, signed the agreement in Brussels, thus ensuring full access to the program Horizon 2020.
Albania has acquired the status of candidate for EU membership, BiH still stagnates
Montenegro is also in negotiations with the EU and has allready opened three new chapters – free movement of capital, financial supervision and external security and defense policy.
